Welcome to Vivid Phases located inside BANG’D Salon! I’m Cortney 👋 your vivid obsessed, education driven hairstylist with over 12 years of experience behind the chair. I specialize in bold vivid color, blonding, dimensional work, transformative cuts, scalp health, color corrections, and extensions. I’m constantly studying hair science to keep my clients’ hair healthy while creating magical results. I’m also Danger Jones certified and a proud two time Master Colorist nominee at The Rainbow Convention, honors that reflect my dedication to ongoing growth in this ever-evolving hair world. Outside the salon, I’m a coffee addicted pole-dancing mama, raising two amazing kids, two chaotic dogs, and one very dramatic bearded dragon. CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking an appointment with Vivid Phases LLC, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms: --- 1. Card on File & Fee Authorization A valid card is required to reserve an appointment. By booking, I authorize Vivid Phases LLC to charge my card for any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, late, or no-show fees described below. --- 2. No-Show Policy Failing to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in: No-Show Fee: 50% of the scheduled service total OR a $50 minimum fee — whichever is greater. I understand no-show fees are non-refundable and required before rebooking. --- 3. Same-Day Cancellation Policy (less than 24 hours’ notice) Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur: Same-Day Cancellation Fee: 50% of the scheduled service total OR a $50 minimum fee — whichever is greater. This protects the stylist’s time and lost income. --- 4. Late Cancellation Policy (24–48 hours before the appointment) Appointments canceled within this window will incur: Late Cancellation Fee: 30% of the scheduled service total OR a $50 minimum fee — whichever is greater. Example: If a $55 Express Cut is canceled, 30% = $16.50, so the client will be charged the $50 minimum. --- 5. Early Cancellation Policy (48+ hours’ notice) Appointments canceled more than 48 hours in advance may still incur a small fee due to business costs. Early Cancellation Fee: 10% of the scheduled service total OR a $50 minimum fee — whichever is greater. This applies because holding appointment slots impacts booking availability. --- 6. Late Arrivals Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in service adjustments or a cancellation, and applicable fees may apply according to the policies above. --- 7. Rebooking After a Fee Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled. --- 8. Acceptance of Terms By booking or receiving services, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to this Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy.
