CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you! To respect my time and other clients, I enforce a strict cancellation policy to ensure fairness and minimize disruptions. Cancellations within 48 hours – 30% of the original service price will be charged. Cancellations within 24 hours – 50% of the original service price will be charged. Same-day cancellations & no-shows – 95% of the original service price will be charged. A valid credit card is required to book, and cancellation fees will be automatically charged if these terms are not met. No-shows or same-day cancellations will require full payment before a new appointment can be scheduled. I understand that emergencies happen, and I appreciate your communication whenever possible. However, respecting this policy helps me provide the best service for all clients. Thank you for understanding! Redo Policy & Refunds Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are unhappy with your results, we are happy to make adjustments. Redos are available if you contact us within the first few days of your original service. This ensures timely correction. However, we do not offer refunds. Our goal is to ensure you leave loving your hair, and we appreciate the opportunity to perfect your look!
